• Please find main entrance to the apartment building at “Via Federico Guella 15” in Pranzo die Tenno (Trentino)

• To the right of the entrance door you will find the post-boxes to the house
• Look for the box with the name “Zeinecker”
• The post box is not locked and you can open the box like illustrated in the pictures below
• In the post box you will find the Smart-Key-Safe-Box
• Please use the Code you have received in a separate email and follow the exemplary instructions below to open the Smart-Key-Safe-Box

                  Valid FROM xx.xx.xxxx 14:00 CET TO xx.xx.xxxx 11:00 CET.

• Take the apartment- and building-key out of the box and close the 2 boxes again – thanks
• Then go through the main entrance door
• In the entrance hall go the half flight of stairs down to the right
• The entrance to the apartment is the door straight in front of you. Doorbell says "ZEINECKER"
• In case of any problems, please phone or WhatsApp/SMS me on my mobile number, provided in the email with the smart-key-box-code

Parking:

• The remote-control for the parking lot gate is in the apartment at the key-board next to the apartment door
• The allocated parking lot for your car is on the far right when you enter the parking lot through the gate

Internet-Access:

• WiFi-Login-Details are provided in the email with smart-key-box-code

Rubbish/Waste Disposal:

Check-Out-Instructions:

• Check-Out Time is at 11:00 am on the day of departure (unless confirmed in writing differently)
• Please empty the apartment of all your belongings
• Please drive your car out of the private parking lot
• Once the car is out of the parking lot and the apartment is empty, please hang the apartment keys and the remote control for the parking lot at the key board inside the apartment next to the main door
• Simply pull the apartment door into the lock and send me a message (SMS/WhatsApp) to my mobile number (provided in email with smart-key-box-code)
